For business owners
Your page was built from public information, so it may not reflect recent changes. We are glad to fix facts that are wrong. To speed things up, please include:
- the address of the page on us.healthy.tn;
- what is wrong and what it should say;
- where we can confirm it, such as your official website or listing, and an email address at your business domain if you have one.
What we can change
- Hours, address, phone number, website and other listing details.
- Marking a business as closed, or removing a closed notice once you have reopened.
- Removing a photo that you own and did not want published.
What we cannot change
- Our score or your position in a ranking. Both come from the same rules for every business and update automatically as new reviews come in.
- What reviewers said. Excerpts are verbatim, and warnings appear only when several reviews report the same problem.
- Placement in exchange for payment. We do not sell it, and we do not offer paid listings or "verified" badges.
If you think a review describing your business is fake, please report it on the platform where it was posted as well as to us, with the page address and the excerpt in question.
For reviewers
If a short excerpt of a review you wrote appears on our site and you would like it removed, email reviews@us.healthy.tn with the page address and the excerpt. We do not publish reviewers' names.
Medical questions
We cannot answer questions about your health, appointments, test results or treatment, and we cannot pass messages to a clinic. Please contact the provider directly using the phone number or website on its page. In an emergency, call 911.

Healthy: Find & Compare Local Medical Centers is an independent guide, not the businesses it lists. We cannot book appointments, take orders, handle complaints about a business's service, or issue refunds. For those, contact the business directly.
