1. Agreement to these terms

These terms of use ("terms") are an agreement between you and Healthy Int. Assoc. Editorial ("we", "us", "our"), the publisher of Healthy: Find & Compare Local Medical Centers. By accessing or using the site, you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Definitions

"Site" means us.healthy.tn, all of its pages, and the content and features on them.
"Content" means everything published on the site, including text, scores, rankings, summaries, data compilations, design, graphics and code.
"Listed business" means any business, practice or professional that has a page on the site or appears in a ranking.
"Review excerpt" means a short quotation from a public review written by a third party.
"You" means the person using the site, or the organization on whose behalf that person uses it.

3. Who may use the site

The site is intended for a general adult audience. You must be at least 13 years old to use it, and if you are under the age of majority where you live, you should use it with the permission of a parent or guardian. If you use the site on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these terms for it.

4. What the site is

Healthy: Find & Compare Local Medical Centers is a free guide to medical clinics. It presents an automated analysis of publicly available business listings and public reviews: scores, rankings, summaries and the facts behind them. The method is described on How we rank. We do not provide, sell, book or guarantee any product or service offered by the businesses we list, and we are not a party to any dealings between you and them.

No account is needed, and no part of the site is behind a paywall. We may add, change or remove features and pages at any time.

5. Not medical advice

The site describes what patients report about their experience with healthcare providers, such as access, waiting times, staff and communication. It does not assess the quality of medical care, the accuracy of diagnoses, treatment outcomes, safety records, licensing or credentials.

Nothing on the site is medical advice or a substitute for advice from a qualified professional.
Do not delay or disregard professional advice because of something you read here.
Check a provider's licensing, accepted insurance and services directly with the provider and the relevant authorities.
The site does not create any provider-patient relationship with us.

6. Accuracy and availability

We work to keep the site accurate, but the content reflects what reviewers have reported and what public listings say at the time of our last update, which can be incomplete, out of date, biased or simply wrong. Opening hours, prices, menus, services, accepted insurance, contact details and whether a business is still operating can change at any time. Always confirm important details directly with the business.

Scores and rankings are opinions produced by our published method. They are not a certification, endorsement, inspection or guarantee of any business, and different methods could produce different results.

We do not promise that the site will always be available, uninterrupted, secure or free of errors, and we may suspend it for maintenance or other reasons without notice.

7. AI-written text

Some text on business pages, including the "About" summary, the questions and answers, and the review highlights, is written by an AI language model from the data shown on that page and checked by automatic rules before publication. Despite those checks, it may contain mistakes or omissions. It should be read as a convenient summary, not as a verified statement of fact about a business.

8. Reviews and quotes

Review excerpts are verbatim quotations from public reviews written by third parties. They express the opinions of their authors, not ours, and we do not verify the experiences they describe. We select excerpts automatically and use only short passages, without reviewers' names. We do not host reviews, and you cannot post reviews, comments or other content on the site.

9. Businesses we list

We list businesses because their information is public, not because they asked or paid. A listing does not mean that a business endorses us, that we endorse it, or that we have any relationship with it. Business names, logos and trademarks belong to their owners and are used only to identify the businesses discussed, which is a fair and descriptive use.

10. Corrections and removal requests

If you represent a listed business and believe a fact on its page is wrong, write to reviews@us.healthy.tn with the page address, the correction, and a way for us to confirm it. If you wrote a review and want your excerpt removed, write to the same address. We review every request in good faith.

We correct facts that are shown to be wrong and remove review excerpts at their author's request.
We do not change scores or rankings on request, remove accurate criticism, or alter what reviewers wrote.
No one can pay, or offer anything of value, to influence a page, score or ranking.

11. Advertising and independence

The site is funded by advertising served by a third-party ad network. Ads are labeled, are chosen by the network rather than sold by us to the businesses we cover, and have no influence on content, scores or rankings. An ad for a business is not an endorsement of it.

We do not accept payment, free products or services, or other benefits from listed businesses in exchange for coverage or placement.

12. Third-party links and services

The site links to business websites, online ordering and booking services, map providers and other sites we do not control, and some pages embed maps and ads from third parties. We are not responsible for their content, availability, accuracy or practices, and a link is not an endorsement. Your use of a third-party site or service is governed by its own terms and privacy policy.

13. Our content and your license

The content, including our scores, rankings, summaries, page design and the way our data is selected and arranged, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright, database rights and other laws. Review excerpts remain the property of their authors, and map data belongs to its providers.

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to view and use the site for your own non-commercial purposes. You are also welcome to:

share links to any page;
quote short passages, including a score or ranking position, with a credit to Healthy: Find & Compare Local Medical Centers and a link to the page they come from;
print or save individual pages for your personal reference.

All other rights are reserved. For any other use, such as publishing our rankings elsewhere or licensing our data, ask us first at contact@us.healthy.tn.

14. What you may not do

When using the site, you agree not to:

copy, republish, sell or redistribute substantial parts of the content, or our scores and rankings as a dataset, without our written permission;
scrape, crawl, spider or download the site in bulk, or use bots or other automated means to access it, except for public search engines indexing it in line with our robots.txt file;
use the content to train, fine-tune or evaluate machine learning or artificial intelligence models, or to build a competing product, without our written permission;
frame or mirror the site, or remove or alter any copyright, trademark or other notice;
present our content as your own, or suggest that we endorse you, your business or your product;
attempt to gain unauthorized access to our servers or systems, probe them for vulnerabilities, or interfere with their operation, for example by overloading them or introducing malicious code;
use the site for any unlawful purpose, or to harass, defame or harm any person or business;
try to manipulate our scores or rankings, for example by posting fake reviews about a business on other platforms.

15. Feedback

If you send us ideas, suggestions or other feedback about the site, you allow us to use it freely, without any obligation to you. Please do not send us confidential information or material you do not want us to use.

16. Copyright complaints

We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe that material on the site infringes a copyright you own or control, such as a photo you took, send a notice to contact@us.healthy.tn with the subject line "Copyright notice", including:

your name, address, telephone number and email address;
a description of the copyrighted work you believe is infringed;
the address of each page on the site where the material appears;
a statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent or the law;
a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf;
your physical or electronic signature.

We will review valid notices promptly and remove or disable access to infringing material. If material you provided was removed and you believe that was a mistake, you may send a counter-notice to the same address.

17. Suspension and termination

We may restrict, suspend or block access to the site, in whole or in part, for anyone who breaks these terms or whose use harms the site or other users, without notice. The sections on our content, restrictions, warranties, liability, indemnity and general terms continue to apply after your use of the site ends.

18. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE OR FREE OF ERRORS, OR THAT ANY BUSINESS WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranties to be excluded, so some of these exclusions may not apply to you.

19. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL OR OPPORTUNITY, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SITE OR ITS CONTENT, INCLUDING ANY DECISION TO VISIT, HIRE OR AVOID A BUSINESS, AND ANY DEALINGS WITH A LISTED BUSINESS. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS (USD 100).

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law, such as liability for fraud or, where applicable, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, and nothing affects rights you have as a consumer that cannot be waived.

20. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Healthy Int. Assoc. Editorial and the people who work on the site from any claims, losses and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the site.

21. General terms

Entire agreement: these terms and the privacy policy are the whole agreement between you and us about the site.
Severability: if any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect, and the unenforceable part is applied as far as the law allows.
No waiver: not enforcing a term at one time does not waive our right to enforce it later.
Assignment: you may not transfer your rights under these terms; we may transfer ours, for example if the site is sold.
Events beyond our control: we are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
Language: these terms are written in English; any translation is for convenience only.

22. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the site and the law evolve. The date at the top shows when they last changed. For significant changes, we will make the update clear on this page before it takes effect. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
